There are no words to describe the level of quality that he puts into his work. My 24ft boat has never seen cosmetic love in 15 years and the oxidation was beyond any other boat I’ve seen. I finally succumbed to letting a professional take a shot at it and boy am I pleased.

The level of detail is unreal. Despite being extremely fairly priced, he took it upon himself to remove the chalk and restore the shine on everything every square inch of the boat from the hull to behind the interior cushions. This meant removing the cushions and reinstalling them after. I even noticed that the inside of the livewell was polished to a mirror shine, not to mention the inside of the center console that was a mildew fest before I dropped it off. I have a hard time believing that other boat detailers take as much pride in their work as he does.

The whole process was as smooth as it can go and I will definitely be using him in the future.

Two Words: BLOWN AWAY! My boat sat for a couple of months and was absolutely filthy. I never thought it could look this clean again, like the day I bought it off the showroom floor! Every part of my experience was excellent, from the communication and logistics of setting up the appointment, to fair and straightforward pricing and exemplary service delivery, I’m a client for life!

Charlie with Coastal Detail absolutely crushed it. He brought my boat back to life and took care of some deep scratches that had been bothering me for over a year!! Looks damn near brand new again.

His pricing was more than fair, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. What really stood out though was how easy he was to work with. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, he was professional, communicative, and just an all-around good dude.

Hard to find people who actually care about their work like this anymore. If you need your boat detailed, don’t even think twice, call Charlie!

Absolutely incredible job. This boat sat for 7 years under oak trees. Charlie literally brought it back to New condition. The metal, the glass, everything. He was also able to remove the 20 year old stripes and you cant even tell they were ever there. He had capability to do bigger boats. I dropped the boat off to him. I almost didn't think it was my boat when I pulled up to get it.

My boat was in rough shape and I heard about Coastal Boat Detailing through a friend. They definitely did not disappoint! Charlie is a pro at detailing. I never thought I was going to see a shine again on my hull but he brought it back to life in no time. Made all my cushions look brand new too, excellent job. I will definitely be recommending them!

Coastal Boat Detailing is a highly professional detailing company with a strong focus on restoring your boat to “new” status. Charlie does not cut any corners and he takes his time to restore the boat and protect the finish for future wear and tear. I highly recommend Charlie Lane and Coastal Boat Detailing.
